Q. How do I know that your items are authentic?

A. We know the source of every item on our website. Often authentication of an autograph comes down to the credibility of the source and this is why we collect most of our autographs in person, only deal with an extremely small selected group of dealers and never buy from third parties.

Q. Does the autograph come with authenticity?

A. All autographs sold by Universal Signing come with our unique Certificate of Authenticity, which guarantees the authenticity of the item for life.

Q. Do you sell scanned or pre-printed autographs?

A. Every autograph you see on our website is 100% authentic and hand signed by the celebrity in question. We NEVER sell any copies, reprints or reproductions.

Q. Do you buy autographs from the public?

A. No we do not. In fact we never buy from third parties. We believe this is the only way to control the quality and authenticity of the products on our site.

Q. Can you authenticate an item I have or an item I am interested in buying elsewhere?

A. No. We never comment on specific items or specific dealers and can only guarantee the authenticity of our items. One suggestion we will make is that if you ever have any doubts about the authenticity of an autograph, then it is probably best that you do not buy the item regardless of the seller.

Q. Do you offer a framing service?

A. Yes we can offer a full bespoke and specialist framing service; all our framing is carried out to the highest standards by a Fine Art Trade Guild Commended Framer. All the items on the website can be framed for an additional cost. Please contact us with any queries.

Q. How long will it take to receive my item?

A. We aim to dispatch all our items within three working days and send all items via recorded shipping to ensure items arrive in a timely manner. If you want your item framed this will obviously require an additional period to complete your product.

Q. What happens if my item is damaged in transit?

A. All our items are dispatched via recorded post with full shipping insurance. If your item arrives damaged then please let us know immediately and we will advise you appropriately.

Q. Although you are a PayPal website, can I pay by cash or cheque?

A. We do prefer payment via PayPal; this provides a secure, speedy transaction and allows us to send out the items immediately. We do accept payments by cheque and cash; however delivery time will be longer. If paying via cheque your item(s) will be dispatched as soon as payment clears, all cash payments should be sent recorded delivery. If you intend to pay without PayPal then please contact us in advance.

Q. I am looking for a particular autograph but can’t find it on your website; would you be able to get one for me?

A. If there is a particular autograph you are looking for then please let us know, as we are often able to help. We obtain many autographs and are constantly updating our portfolio.
